WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If you wish, you can pick up your order at any of our stores. But if you prefer, we can ship it to the delivery address you have provided.
Remember that you can specify a different delivery address from the customer's address. This is useful when sending a gift, if you spend more time at work than at home, or if you will be away from your usual residence for a while.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE AND WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?
Delivery times depend on the destination of the order and start counting from the moment we receive the payment. These times always refer to business days.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY PROCESS?
Once your order has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email when it is ready to be shipped. When the shipping company starts the delivery process, they will send you an email with the tracking information. You will receive your order at the specified address within the agreed timeframe.
